Intensive courses - learning, living and growing together

At these special training courses - with the exception of La Gomera, Innsbruck, Vienna and Reischach - we all live under one roof.

We start the day together with yoga, breathwork or meditation, then immerse ourselves in theoretical content and switch to practical application again and again.

Living together creates an intensive exchange: we cook, eat and organize the day together - often well into the evening.

Nevertheless, there is still enough space for you, for peace and quiet, for nature and for simply enjoying life in between.

Overnight stay - simple, communal, special

Some, but not all of our training courses are organized with accommodation and meals.
Not every accommodation is as cosy as our mountain hut in South Tyrol - but they all have one thing in common:
We live in large houses and stay in shared rooms.

If you are looking for hotel comfort, you won't find it here. Instead, we focus on community, simplicity and genuine togetherness.

In addition to the training, we organize everyday life together: shopping, cooking, tidying up - it's all part of it and is divided up within the group.

If you enjoy learning, exchanging ideas and growing together in a fixed group, then you will love this experience.
If you prefer more retreat and individuality, traditional training institutes may be the better choice for you.
