Welcome to my practice for Ayurveda, Thai yoga, massages, breathwork, meditation and yoga.
Here I combine the traditional knowledge of Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda with modern approaches to health and well-being.

My focus in this practice is no longer on treating illness, but on preventing and maintaining health. I help people to find a space of calm, strength and balance in a time full of hectic, stress and lack of exercise.

Through the mindful touch of Ayurvedic massage, conscious breathing(pranayama), meditation, mindfulness and yoga, I support you in releasing the effects of prolonged sitting, tension and everyday stress and giving your body new energy. This combination creates a holistic approach that takes equal account of body, mind and soul.

This space can be a valuable balance, especially for people who are in the middle of life and often find themselves balancing between work, everyday life and their own needs. It's not about performance or perfection, but about finding your own center.

Whether you are looking for more serenity, want to release tension or simply need a moment just for yourself: My practice offers you a place to let go and recharge your batteries.

After ending my physiotherapy practice in 2025, I now devote myself entirely to this work - in addition to my seminars and online courses: helping healthy people to stay healthy and find their own balance in life again and again.

I currently do not offer physiotherapy, as I unfortunately do not have the time to offer you regular appointments due to my seminars.
