Tantric Sense
Many therapists, yoga teachers, and people in body-oriented professions become interested in topics such as touch, presence, boundaries, and body awareness as they develop professionally. Tantric Sense emerged from this professional context.
Tantric Sense is not classical tantra
Tantric Sense is not a religious or esoteric tantra teaching, not an event format, and above all, not a massage with a "happy ending." The training teaches a mindful, structured form of bodywork that combines elements of modern bodywork, breath and awareness training, yoga, meditation, and neurophysiological principles with selected principles of tantric philosophy.
The focus is not on sexual practices, but on conscious touch, perception, inner attitude, clear communication, and responsible handling of closeness and boundaries.
classification
Tantric Sense is not a therapeutic method and does not promise healing. The training is structured didactically, voluntary in all exercises, and places great emphasis on mindfulness, personal responsibility, and ethical clarity.
For many participants from therapy, yoga, and bodywork, it represents a personal and professional deepening —complementing, not replacing, medical or therapeutic work.
